What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final, non-refundable, non-returnable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable on the digital prints.

Why should I provide my real email and phone number when I order? I don’t want spam.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This helps us to fulfil your order fast & easily.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. Our services are not directed to persons under 18.

How do I download my print?

  1. After payment, a notification email with the downloadable link will be sent to you
  2. Click on the link and download the purchased print
  3. Print as you prefer – A4 is the preferred size on gloss paper

You can also view & download all your purchased prints here on your Account.

How do I check all my orders?

All your orders will be on your dashboard here on your Account once you log in to your account.

Which payment methods do you provide?

You can make your payments on this store with MPesa or credit/debit card using Flutterwave,  our store-end payment platform. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

How will I know if my order is on the way?

During the ordering process, we will let you know when we expect to deliver the products and services to you. Prints and other digital products will be delivered immediately to your email once your payment is received. We don’t provide international shipping for physical products at the moment.

I put in the wrong delivery address, or made a mistake on my order. Can you change it?

If you made an address error, this includes, but is not limited to: providing an incorrect address and/or old address, you are fully responsible for the additional shipping or address correction fee charged by the shipping company as well as a fee if we need to fill and process a replacement order.

How long will it take for my physical purchases to arrive?

Delivery within Kenya takes 3-5 business days. Kindly note we have a delivery cost. This will be available to you during checkout.

How do I reset my password?

Can I visit your studio?

We are an e-commerce store, we do not have a physical store.

Is my custom design truly one of a kind?

Yes, if you commissioned one.

Can I customize a print I bought on your website?

Yes, and tag us on Instagram or Facebook. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
