Collection 4 is inspired by tapestry or weaving. I enjoyed this project because it brought back childhood memories. My inner child remembered the art and craft lessons in lower primary school.
The dictionary defines tapestry as a piece of thick textile fabric with pictures or designs formed by weaving coloured weft threads or by embroidering on canvas.
This collection has a strong visual of three crosses representing the love of God where He gave His only begotten Son Jesus Christ to the world. There is power on the cross and we too can tap into that power if we believe and ask Him. There are three distinct colours for this collection; blue represents the sky, yellow represents sunshine and white represents peace to all men.
May we be knit together with love and bonds that cannot be broken.
In April, we celebrate Easter and may we remember the power of the cross.
